5. Delivery.

  • Orders are dispatched using Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the option selected

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

6. Right to Withdraw and Refunds.

  • The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your goods

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • If Klarna is used, refunds will be processed via Klarna

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is f

7. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch.
