2. Eligibility for Refunds.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items.

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email contact@bestbeauty.io with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos where applicable

In these cases, we will:

  • Offer a replacement or a full refund

  • Cover return shipping costs if the item needs to be returned

Change-Of-Mind Returns (14-day right to withdraw).

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason

  • To be eligible:

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

    • You must contact us before returning any items

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be resold and are not eligible for return unless faulty

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • A brief explanation

    • Photos if applicable

  • Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us

4. Returns.

    • Clear return instructions

  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

5. Processing Refunds.

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • If you paid using Klarna, the refund will be processed via Klarna

  • If you paid by card, the refund will be processed via Stripe
